He has coached in the NBA (Spurs & Clippers), G-League (Bakersfield Jam), FIBA (Angola & Nigeria NT), Europe (Telekom Bonn & Ulriken Eagles), China (Shanxi Dragons), NCAA Div I (Texas & Boise St), NCAA Div II (Metro St), and ABA (Vermont Frost Heaves).

Coach led the Nigerian National Team to their first ever African Championship in 2015 and the Rio Olympics in 2016. Most recently he took over an Angolan National Team that finished 8th in the 2017 Afrobasket Championships and has led them to a 2nd place FIBA ranking in Africa and the 2019 World Cup.
