- Successfully lead the design, development and implementation of Steve Nash Youth Basketball – developed operations & coaching manuals, worked with suppliers, implemented marketing and operational plans, executed sponsorship activation, designed leader training, tracking analytics, compliance monitoring.
- Work closely and proactively manage relationships with stakeholders including both corporate and community partners to establish and integrate Steve Nash Youth Basketball in over 350 communities across Canada, incorporating over 20,000 athletes and 2,200 coaches, with a 30% growth rate in participation annually.
- Manage the operations and evaluation of the National Membership Program, providing analysis and best practice research to support membership growth.
- Responsible and lead the strategic direction and growth of 3x3 basketball in Canada through an integrated event hosting plan to build competition network nationally, working directly with PSOs, municipalities, CIS/CCAA and other individual community promoters.
- Directed and lead the delivery of National Championships, overseeing the competition, enforcing policies & guidelines, and technical points of emphasis; while working with LOC to provide operational support.
- Spearheading the Club Development initiative to grow and build capacity for basketball in Canada through developing strategic initiatives to cultivate the expansion of club basketball while ensuring excellence.
- Work closely with other National and Provincial Sport Organizations to share best practices and develop collaborative multi-sport programs to engage more youth in developing Physical Literacy.
- Executed and event led a number of national and international events for both the men’s and women’s national team programs, developing marketing and operation plans, ticket sale strategies.
