With the current state of our country and state, due to COVID-19, most gyms are closed. Even though the gyms are closed, it does not mean each athlete and individual can not train. We have created a program for you to follow during this time when gym access is limited. We broke the routine up into 4 categories: lower body, upper body, core, and plyometrics. This routine will allow you to safely maintain your strength during this time. Lets stay moving and training during this time. YOU WILL NEED NO EQUIPMENT.
