How to Use

• Create new tabs for each recruiting class (2026, 2027, 2028, etc.)
• Assign each recruit to a coach to improve organization and accountability within the staff
• Type the recruit’s information into the corresponding areas of the spreadsheet
• Use hyperlinks to attach:
  • Highlight videos
  • Hudl film
  • Player schedules
  • Recruiting profiles
• Use the color-coding system to communicate priority levels among staff members
• For player contacts, use:
  Alt + Enter (Windows)
  or
  Control + Option + Return (Mac)
  to keep a running record of communication within a single cell

Example:

• 5/10 – Texted player
• 5/14 – Watched AAU game
• 5/20 – Phone call with parent
• Change the color of the text to match the recruit’s priority level and recruiting status

Example:

• Green = High Priority
• Red = Medium Priority 
• Black = Low Priority
