by Iowa Basketball Coaches Association

Great players are great problem solvers, and problem solvers are elite decision-makers.
This course reframes “chaos” as your most powerful teacher. You’ll learn how to create practices that invite decisions, tolerate productive failure, and turn mistakes into discovered truths that stick. See exactly how to coach confidence, eliminate indecision, and cue athletes to find effective solutions that fit their strengths, rather than rigid absolutes.
