Lecture Title: Transition Offense & Passing with a Purpose

Richard Flores completed his 7^th year as the head coach of Cypress Falls after being Jim Draudt’s assistant from 2009 - 2014. Since being the head coach, he has led Cypress Falls to the playoffs in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2022 with District Championships in 2017, 2018, 2022 and a state championship in 2017.  He is a graduate of J. Frank Dobie High School where he played under Coach Scott Talton who won over 500 games.  He is also the proud father of his two boys, Brevin and Reece, that he and his wife Virginia a 2015 Girls Basketball 6A State Champion have. His achievements are as follows:

2017, 2018 - District Coach of the Year and 2022 Co-Coach of the Year
