After playing his college basketball at Harding University as well as USAO from 2007-2010, Alex used his degree in Mathematics and his M.S. in data science and analytics to really study how using analytics can help boost team offensive efficiency. Because this is such a growing field in the basketball world, these skills are invaluable to any team that decides to utilize the skills that Coach Beene possesses. He put his skills to use while securing jobs with the Thunder, Pacers, and the Kings. He also has coached high school level basketball in the past after completing his degree. His knowledge of analytics will help him excel in the basketball world and out of it wherever his career takes him.
