Coach Doug Esleeck is currently the athletic director and head basketball coach at Forsyth Country Day School (NC).

He was Associate Men’s Basketball Coach of the UNC Wilmington Seahawks men's basketball team in the Colonial Athletic Association. Esleeck was also UNC Wilmington Seahawks program's recruiting coordinator and also assisted with scheduling, scouting elite players and setting up the prospect visit. Prior to Coach Esleeck tenure at UNC Wilmington, he became the Associate Head Coach Men’s Basketball for Mercer University. Coach Esleeck was also an Assistant Coach Men's Basketball at Gardner-Webb University and the director of basketball operations at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
