Why Press? 12 Reasons to be a Pressing Team

In this course, Coach Cory Baldwin reveals the 12 reasons why you should be a pressing team in order to have success on the basketball court. He explains how the press system is effective at shutting down offenses and giving your team a competitive edge. He even coaches how pressing makes it hard for other teams if they are not good at a transition style of play. He even touches on conditioning drills to keep your players effective at pressing throughout the entire game. If you are a coach wondering if you should run a full-court press, then this is the course for you.
