Coach Simpson will walk through a course based off his best selling book "Find A Way: What I wish I'd known when I became a head football coach".  The course will have 9 sections of 30-50 minute video and resources including:

4) Organizing your staff - How to layout your staff and development ideas

7) Communicating with Parents/Admin/Players - How to win over those that matter

8) Why Simple is best - Working to make sure you build correctly

9) Common mistakes I've made - Session that goes over mistakes to avoid
