• Data check first. It lists every column it found, flags missing or messy entries and asks before it guesses. It never makes up data.
• A full tendency breakdown covering:
  • down and distance;
  • field zone, from backed up to goal line;
  • formation and personnel;
  • hash and field/boundary;
  • formation strength;
  • motions and shifts;
  • backfield tells;
  • situational football: first play of drives, after big plays, 2-minute and score.
• Honest tendencies only. A tendency has to hit 70% on at least 6 snaps. Anything less is labeled a “lean” or “small sample,” so you don’t game-plan around 3 plays.
• Their top 3 “bread and butter” plays and when they go to them.
• Tells that tip run or pass and which way the play is going.
• What doesn’t work for them, so you know what to take away and what to bait.
• A call sheet by situation, with a primary and an alternate call. Every call is tied to the data and uses only the defense you’ve installed.
• Must-stop priorities, formation-by-formation alignment adjustments, a pressure-versus-drop plan and a red zone and goal line plan.
• Install ideas, such as a new blitz or coverage built to attack this opponent.
• A scout team script of 20–25 plays ranked by priority.
• Player keys for each position group, plus a “keys to victory” talk for your team meeting.
• Excel tools: top 2 plays by formation, and top formations by down and distance.
• A one-page player handout written at a 6th-grade reading level. It has no percentages, just “almost always” and “most of the time.” It includes simple formation diagrams with “if you see this, expect this.”
