Head Football Coach – Appling County High School, GA
Tucker Pruitt is one of Georgia’s most accomplished high school football coaches, bringing a proven record of success to Appling County. Before joining the Pirates, he spent eight seasons at Fitzgerald High School, where he compiled an 82–27 record, won two region championships, and captured the 2021 GHSA Class 2A State Title.
At Appling County, Pruitt quickly made an impact, guiding the program to a Region 3-2A championship and a strong playoff run in his first season. Known for his ability to rebuild programs and instill a culture of discipline and resilience, he emphasizes fundamentals, adaptability, and team-first values.
