BEING MULTIPLE FROM THE 3-4
by Chad McGeheeDescription
The East Coast 3-4 has recently been made popular by current Army Defensive Coordinator Nate Woody and his family of coaches. The 3-4 system has allowed us to put more speed on the field by utilizing more linebacker type personnel with Defensive line movement/slant on each snap. The Offenses have to account for all four linebackers that can potentially add into the rush each snap. This course builds on the overview of the base 3-4 but goes into detail on how you can add the 4th rusher from different positions, multiple fronts such as Tite, Bear, Under, Over and two base zone creepers that are utilized. Details are given on mixing coverages while disguising them pre snap.
