The Coach
Brad Bez joined UW-River Falls as the offensive line coach in 2022, transitioning from his role as the Offensive Line Graduate Assistant at Western Michigan University for two seasons. During his time at Western Michigan, Bez contributed to the team's success with an 8-5 record and an appearance in the Quick Lane Bowl, coaching three players who received All-Mid-American Conference Honors in 2021. Before his tenure at Western Michigan, Bez spent a year at Wayne State University, where he was part of a coaching staff that achieved an 8-3 record and a second-place finish in the GLIAC. A graduate of Kalamazoo College, Bez was a distinguished member of the Hornets' Offensive Line, earning accolades for his academic achievements while completing his Master's in Sports Administration at Wayne State.
