Building a Championship LB Drill Menu

This course is aimed at any linebacker coach that wants to develop complete players at their position. Here I will walk you through nearly 50 drills, covering all the universal skills of linebacker play. Inside you will find drills on:

• Block Destruction
• Tackling
• Takeaways
• Coverage
• Pass Rush 
• Footwork

These drills go beyond the typical bag drills and "wrap and drive" drills. We do not do "EDDs" or Every Day Drills. Each drill is used for a specific purpose, to work on a specific skill that relates to an actual football situation.

Not only will you see video for each drill, but coaching points as well. For every drill, I will explain why we do the drill and its purpose. I will also give coaching cues and what you as the coach should be looking for.

This course will help you create a menu of drills that can help you target specific skills with great detail. You will create a buffet of quality drill options for helping develop your linebackers in all the key skills.

Ultimately, you will have a complete, premade drill menu that works for any defensive system.

Whether you are brand new coaching LBs and need a starting point, or you are a veteran that needs some organization and ideas, this course will be helpful for you!
