The Coach

Cameron Conder

Cameron Conder is the head football coach at Chisholm High School with over 30 years of coaching experience at the high school and junior college levels. Throughout his career, he has coached across multiple classifications, from 6A programs to smaller schools in Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma. Conder has developed over 150 college football players and led teams to four state championships, consistently building competitive and high-performing programs.

Known for his ability to develop quarterbacks, Conder has spent more than three decades exclusively coaching the position, focusing on both the mental and physical aspects of the game. His offenses have consistently produced strong results, averaging over 35 points and 400 yards per game on championship teams.
