He talks about practice structure, his "pods" system, Key, Track, & Trigger Drill, and goes over how within 3 weeks they went from giving up 300 yards rushing and losing by 30 points to having a dominate performance in the play-offs and beating that same team by 30....all because of some simple changes in how they practiced and looked at defense as a whole!.
