How to run Duo

This course will explain the play Duo, how to teach and how to execute it. Duo is a GREAT downhill run play that compliments nearly any kind of system, for all the guys who love running 20 personnel with an H back this can be a great play for your offense. This is kind of a old school concept with a new school look and feel. Duo is referred to as Power without a pull and has become one of my favorite concepts!

The Coach
I am currently heading into my 3rd year as the varsity OL coach at Roseville high school in Roseville Michigan. This past season we were 10-2, won a district championship while average 40.75 points a game and 214 yards rushing per game. I have 5 total years of coaching experience on high school all as a OL coach. Collegiately I played 1 season at the juco level before transferring to D2 Walsh University for 2 seasons before a career ending shoulder injury. I love offensive line play and talking about it, please if you want to talk some football, especially run game hit me up and hopefully I can learn something from you!
