Jimmy Robertson, hired as Pass Game Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach in January 2022, is entering his third season on the sidelines at Monmouth in 2023. Under his guidance, Monmouth's offense has flourished, ranking 12th in total offense and 13th in scoring offense in 2023, thanks to standout performances from consensus First Team All-American wide receiver Dymere Miller and graduate transfer quarterback Marquez McCray. In 2022, Monmouth led the CAA in total offense and scoring offense, with key players like wide receiver Dymere Miller and offensive linemen Greg Anderson and Justin Szuba earning All-CAA honors. Robertson's coaching has also developed quarterbacks Tony Muskett and freshman Enzo Arjona, contributing to Monmouth's offensive success.

Robertson spent five seasons at FDU Madison, culminating in a Head Coach role where he led the team to a historic 7-4 record and an ECAC Bowl victory in 2021. His tenure included setting numerous offensive records and earning accolades such as the 2021 Middle Atlantic Conference Football Coach of the Year. Robertson's coaching career also includes experience at the US Merchant Marine Academy and a professional playing stint in the German Football League. A 2010 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Robertson was a four-year starting quarterback and a two-year captain, earning multiple all-league selections and induction into the RPI Hall of Fame in 2018.
