Joe Dailey is the wide receivers coach for the Carolina Panthers. He began his coaching career in 2008 at the University of Buffalo as a graduate assistant and tight ends coach in 2008. In 2010 he joined Kansas as a recruiting coordinator before joining the staff at Bethune-Cookman in 2011 to coach quarterbacks. He joined Liberty in 2012 as the quarterbacks coach, eventually taking the role of offensive coordinator until 2018. In the 2019 season he took the same role with New Mexico before leaving to coach receivers at Boston College in 2020. He has been with the Panthers since 2022.
