Jordan Neal has made significant strides, securing notable wins and cultivating a competitive program. Under Neal's guidance, McMurry has seen success both on and off the field, with numerous player accolades and recognition for their performance. Neal's coaching career has been marked by a strong offensive focus, leveraging his experience as a former quarterback and his success in leading high-scoring offenses at various universities.

Before taking the helm at McMurry, Neal served as an Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Hendrix College, where he played a pivotal role in revitalizing the football program and achieving impressive offensive statistics. His coaching journey also includes stints at Texas Lutheran University and Howard Payne University, where he contributed to record-breaking offenses and honed his coaching expertise. Neal's achievements as a player at Hardin-Simmons University, where he earned multiple All-Conference honors and set numerous records, further underscore his deep understanding of the game and his ability to lead both on and off the field.
