Finding success in any offense is the goal of any coach. However, without understanding how a defense will adjust, your success can becoming a fleeting exercise. Coach Herron begins his talk about how he has ingrained a number of his "key breakers" in order to maintain success with the offense over time.

The Coach
Jeff Herron- Tennessee Tech
Coach Jeff Herron is a highly decorated high school head coach with a 312-54 record, winning five state championships and the is the only Georgia prep coach to win state championships with THREE different schools.
Herron earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory in 1982, where he was a four-year starter, team captain and a second-team All-ODAC selection as a defensive back.
Herron began his career as a head coach at McEachern High School in Georgia, going 51-8-1.
From 1997 to 1999, he was the head coach at Oconee County High School, winning a state championship in 1999 and going 33-6. Coach Herron inherited a team had won eight games in the four years prior to his hiring.
Herron spent 13 seasons as the head coach at Camden County High, going 154-18 and reaching the playoffs every season. His teams won three state championships in Georgia’s highest classification, won 12 consecutive region titles and, won a Georgia-record 58 straight regular season games. USA Today ranked his teams in their Top 25 in six of his last eight seasons. Camden County High School was named the team of the decade in Georgia for the 2000-2010 era.
Herron's last two stops were equally as successful. He took Grayson (GA) to the 7A championship with a 14-1 record. Then Coach Herron went T.L. Hanna High School in South Carolina, going 25-2 over two seasons.
