Nick Young is one of college football’s rising offensive minds, currently serving on the coaching staff at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), where he has helped engineer one of the most explosive and balanced offenses in the nation.
Young’s journey began at the University of Toledo under head coach Matt Campbell (now at Iowa State), where he learned firsthand the demands of building winning programs at the Division I level. He went on to gain valuable experience across the college landscape—coaching at the junior college level in Miami, as well as at NAIA and Division II programs, where he sharpened his ability to adapt schemes to different talent levels and resources.
