This course gave me some new drills to use for practice. I was looking for some little tweaks to maybe break the monotony of taking the same steps over and over. You still end up with the same steps it is just with a different presentation. It was worth the 15$.

Coach does a great job showing not only drills but also how those drills apply to the field. You can apply these drills not any level of football. As a collegiate offensive lineman and coach, FTTG is the best way to teach young lineman. Coach does an awesome job teaching what that exactly means.

A lot of great drills and information regarding OL fundamentals. I liked the use of videos for the offseason and the foot in the ground force stuff needs to be coached more. Would like it if it was cut up since its hard finding certain spots in the video but all around awesome stuff.
