David Robinson

Clinic presentation by coach Fleck at Texas coaching school. He is known for culture and I can see why. More than just energy and hype; I found coach Fleck to be authentic, reflective, and insightful. Gives his 3-4 year plan on how to turn a culture around. This is one I will definitely rewatch several times to distill the message here.
