In this video, Coach Ryan Thompson shares some of the strategies and techniques that he uses at Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools. In his 13 seasons as the head coach of the Bluejays, Coach Thompson has led his program to over 100 wins and 9 playoff appearances, including two runner-up finishes in Nebraska's C-1 class. In the past four seasons, Coach Thompson has achieved a record of 38-6 with four consecutive state quarterfinal appearances.
