This course takes coaches inside the structure of Melissa’s RPO philosophy, focusing on how the offense is built, taught, and executed through a combination of detailed drill work, decision-making development, and systematic quarterback training. The course demonstrates perimeter drill work that develops timing, spacing, leverage, and blocking precision, showing how wide receivers and skill players are trained to support both the run and pass components of the RPO game.
