Matt Elsker is an Assistant Coach for the University of New Hampshire (UNH) football team.

Coaching Experience:

- Matt Elsker has been coaching college football for 9 seasons as of 2024.
- He spent 2018 assisting the offense and 2023 assisting the defense and special teams in support staff roles at UNH.
- Currently, he serves as the Assistant Linebacker Coach and Special Teams Coach for the Wildcats.

Previous Roles:

- Before joining UNH, Matt spent six seasons at Plymouth State University (PSU) in various capacities.
- At PSU, he held roles such as Video Coordinator, In-season Recruiting Coordinator, Running Backs Coach, and Offensive Coordinator.
- Under his guidance, the Panthers’ offense achieved impressive rankings in fewest penalties, fewest penalty yards, fewest turnovers, and fewest interceptions thrown in Division III.
- In the 2022 season, PSU had the top-ranked red zone offense in the country and was also top ten in fewest sacks allowed.
- This success culminated in a 9-2 season and a victory in the New England Bowl.

Education and Family:

- Matt Elsker completed a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Plymouth State University in just three years, graduating magna cum laude with the highest GPA in the department.
- His family includes his wife, Esther Elsker, and their son, Elkridge Elsker.
