Wake Forest RPO System - Dave Clawson

Description

Wake Forest has a truly unique offensive attack, and their RPO game has characteristics that make it different than other systems. With their quarterback and running back slow mesh, they are able to get the ball downfield when the defense fits the run too quickly. The system has allowed then to compete against anyone.

Dave Clawson is Wake Forest University’s 32nd head football coach. He has brought the program record fifth-straight bowl game in 2020 and winning the Deacs' eighth Big 4 Championship in 2019.

Clawson has created an offense that has rewritten the record books at Wake Forest. The Deacons have set over 300 school records including marks for points scored, points per game, total offensive yards, first downs and passing yards over the past four seasons.
