Kerry Gabel will be starting his 10th year at Marcus High School this fall. Gabel has been coaching high school golf for the past 18 years with stops at Stony Point HS, Denton HS and Creekview HS. He has 2 daughters, both who play golf. He’s been fortunate to coach them through high school. Lastly, as a slight but significant side note, he has been battling kidney cancer since the fall of 2016. His professional and personal experiences offer a different insight into coaching golf.
