The Coach
Justin Quest is a highly respected American tennis coach and educator serving as Head Tennis Coach at Allen High School in Allen, Texas. With over 23 years of high school coaching experience. Quest has built a reputation for developing competitive players, strong team culture, and effective coaching systems that translate directly to match success.
Coach Quest played four years of high school tennis in Lubbock, Texas, and competed collegiately at Division II West Texas State University, where he refined his competitive understanding of the game. His coaching career began in 1998 and has included head coaching roles in high school and tennis professional leadership positions, giving him a deep insight into player development and program building.
As a USPTA Elite Certified Professional, Quest has earned multiple coaching honors, including Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Tennis Coach of the Year for 2024–25, voted on by his peers statewide, and other recognitions at the district and regional levels. His teams have consistently competed at high levels, with notable postseason success and a state doubles championship under his leadership.
Quest is known for emphasizing fundamentals, competitive consistency, and a strong work ethic while fostering a positive, engaging environment for student-athletes. Beyond coaching, he supports tennis development across age groups through community clinics and middle school outreach, helping grow the sport in the Allen area.
He lives in Allen with his family and remains deeply involved in the local tennis community, committed to long-term player growth and competitive excellence.
Corey Aldridge is a seasoned American tennis coach and educator serving as Head Tennis Coach at Carroll Senior High School in Southlake, Texas. With more than 20 years of coaching experience at the high school level, he has built one of the most respected tennis programs in the state, emphasizing high-level competition, court awareness, doubles strategy, and consistent player development.
Under Aldridge’s leadership, the Carroll Dragons have regularly dominated district competition winning multiple district titles and reached significant milestones, including advancing to the UIL State Championships for the first time in school history and earning top placements in state-level tournaments. He is also recognized for strong doubles play and strategic preparation, building teams that compete with intensity and cohesion.
Known for his ability to develop players’ tactical understanding, movement, and competitive mindset, Aldridge balances match preparation with skill reinforcement in practice, always aiming to help his student-athletes perform with confidence and consistency.
