The Coach

Lee Weber is an assistant track coach at Rose Hill High School. He has coached track for 16 years and coached every event except the pole vault in his career. He served as the head track coach at Mission Valley, Council Grove, and Wamego High School. At each of those schools, he has coached multiple school record holders, league champions, state placers, state champions, and a state record holder in every event. His 2018 Wamego Boys Track Team improbably one the league championship using this sprint philosophy to dominate the sprint events. His philosophy is rooted in Feed the Cats principles, but also built on 21 years of experience in performance training as a high school strength coach and National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
