Starting my 17 years of coaching High School Volleyball.

Bowie High School Asst. Coach- 3 yrs

Bowie High School Head Coach- 4 yrs

Burges High School Asst. Coach- 2 yrs

El Dorado High School Head Coach- 7 yrs

In the past 7 years while at his previous school, Coach De Anda lead his team to 7 straight post season appearances.  Winning 3 District Titles and 6 Bi-District Titles. 

Coach De Anda has been very fortunate to represent the El Paso area on several state committees and currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Greater El Paso Girls Coaches Association.

My Coaching Philosophy:

I am a firm believer that sports whether individual or team teaches athletes valuable life lessons.  I strive to provide them opportunities to develop their leadership skills, and work ethic in hopes that they will become positive contributors in the classroom as well as their communities
