The Coach
Niko Karavolos - Coaches the sprinters and jumpers at historic York High School in Elmhurst Illinois. He has overseen multiple school records, state finalists, and several athletes that have gone on to compete collegiately. Niko runs the Elmhurst Track and Field Club, Ignite Fitness and works in multiple different facets of sports performance, physical development and athletic training. Competed collegiately at University of Illinois Chicago.
David Stone - Currently the jumps coach at Elmhurst University, has coached at the high school and collegiate level with success in every event on the track and in the field. Was in the private sector for 10 years working with athletes in multiple sports and phases of life. Competed collegiately at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.
