Lesson 4:
Stationary: 1 ball, two dribbles (cross/between/behind)
Sets: 3
Reps: 1 minute
Rest: 1 minute
Do this sequence in a continuous matter until the 1 minute is done. Try to get as many dribbles and crossovers as you can inside that 1 minute. Challenge yourself to get more crossovers every set. But remember to not sacrifice your form to dribble faster. Always stay in an athletic position, hips loaded, back straight and eyes up. Don't move your feet when going between the legs or behind the back. Move the ball around your body not the other way around.
