When we overload with the tennis ball, we are training the mind to work on two things at the same time. So remember to maintain a good athletic form. Keep your back straight, eyes on the tennis ball, hard solid crossovers and most importantly dribble as fast as you can. Always toss the tennis ball to nose level. Keep your dribbles at knee level.
