    • Bounding Hurdles
      • Set up a series of small hurdles to work on bounding.
      • The athlete should keep his legs together, use the arms for momentum, get the knees up and leap over each hurdle consecutively. 
      • This drill will strengthen the legs and build a higher knee drive.

      Coaching Tip:
      This drill can go a long way in improving uphill running.
