Preseason Circuit Training
Circuits are a great way to get your athlete into shape regardess of the sport. You can always change certain exercises to make your circuit more sport specific, but this should suffice.
Track and Field Coach Micheal Wellington imparts knowledge on developing strength, sprinting mechanics, and speed in all athletes from his years of experience in lifetime fitness, coaching at the Junior College, High School, and Youth Levels, and competing in college.
