Warming up and preparing the body is an essential part in every sport. But I have to say especially in Tricking it is often times neglected.
Warm up your whole body properly with specific exercises.
You will see a full time warm up with many different exercises. Feel free to take those exercises which suits you the best or you like the most.
But make sure that your warm-up always covers your whole body.
