How do you get your defense aligned correctly using the Fast and Physical 3 Safety System? This Course will discuss how to install, Alignment and Assignment in the Fast and Physical System. As you go throught the terminology to install the Fast and Physcial system, this course will give you the tools to get your players alignment and assignment to fit your personnel. Included in this course is a playbook to help you and your staff install the Fast and Physical System.

Course 3: Game Film Breakdown of a 3-Safety System

Do you want to know how the Fast and Physical 3-Safety System started? This Course will discuss the Installation of the Fast and Physical System during the 2020 International Bowl with the U17 Japanese team. It will go through each defensive series of the game and give you detailed description of the beginning of the system with some added resources.

Also you will learn how to install and use multiple courses to attack opposing offenses by getting as many athletes on the field as possible.

What individual position drills can we do as we install the Fast and Physical System? This Course will discuss EDD and individual drills for all defensive positions and how to use them in your practice every day.

Course 14: Defensive Practice & Game Planning

How do I start to plan for practice and then for our games using the Fast and Physical System? This Course will discuss how we plan practice, prep for Game week and Design our Game Plan usign the Fast and Physical System. Included in this courses are game planning call sheets and grading sheets for your players performance in practice and in the game.
