Deep Dive into the RPO World: Volume I

This is the 1st of three volume course series discussing taking a deep dive into the RPO World. In this series we will cover a ton of important topics you should be considering when thinking of implementing RPO’s into your game. First we will discuss the reasoning for implementing RPO’s and what they can give your offense. Then we begin to build the Ground Floor of the RPO World, by classifying the RPO’s and discussing how you can teach the different styles of RPO’s. We use film of in-game examples to discuss how you can teach leverage, numbers, and grass. We show you how there are different ways to teach the RPO game and there are multiple ways to teach the concepts. Then we begin to talk about how run fits will adjust based on 1-High or 2-High Shells along with how your personnel groupings can change the fits from the defense. Lastly we talk on several different aspects of the RPO as well as how to fix potential issues. This gives you answers to problems and helps you think through solutions. This 1st Volume gives you everything you need to develop a solid understanding of the RPO World as well as how to effectively teach it to your student-athletes.
