Coach Bob Morgan was the NCAA regional coach of the year in 1996 and a 2 time Big 10 coach of the year in 91' and 93'. He has coaches 6 BIG 10 batting champions, 2 BIG 10 players of the year, 10 All Americans , 2 olympians and one olympic Gold medalist as well as the only triple crown winner in college baseball history. Coach Morgan was drafted and played professionally with the Detroit Tigers.
