The Coach
Mike Dickson has been the head coach at Rowan University for 6 years and holds a 151-74 record with three appearances in the NCAA DIII Championship Tournament and one New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) title.
The former Prof All-American has an career head coaching record of 511-162 in 15 years, counting nine successful seasons in the junior college ranks at Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC; formerly Gloucester County College).
Coach Dickson has had 5 former players sign professional contracts, with Andrew DiPiazza getting a minor-league deal with the Colorado Rockies in 2020. Matt Woods played in the American Association, Independent League Baseball and was selected in the 29th round of the 2019 MLB Draft. Danny Sereino went in the 32nd round of that same draft. Andrew Cartier also signed with the American Association and lastly, Andrew Cohen inked a contract in the USPBL.
In the 2020 season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic, his team started 6-0 and was ranked 11th in the nation.
