Upon graduation Coach Oringher took a job with the Washington Wizards as head video coordinator and spent 4 seasons traveling with the team in that capacity. He also spent a year as a regional Advance Scout for both the Hawks and Raptors. His time as a video coordinator has shown him the nuances of the game of basketball as well as working closely with the coaches and players.
