Coach Dixon is a Dallas native who played college ball at UNLV and Wichita State University and also played professionally in Sweden for the 2004-05 season.  Coach Dixon has been teaching and coaching for 16 years (14 years as a varsity head basketball coach).  She is currently in her 5th year at Summer Creek High School of Humble ISD where she serves as the head girls basketball coach and Assistant Athletic Coordinator. Coach Dixon has led 3 different programs Dallas Lincoln, John Tyler, and Summer Creek) to regional appearances, and 3 teams to state Final Four and Championship game appearances (Dallas Lincoln HS-2013, and Summer Creek HS- 2019 and 2022). 6x district championships- Dallas Lincoln (2013, 2015, 2016); Summer Creek (2019, 2020, 2022) 4x District Coach of the Yr Vype Co Coach of the Yr.
