UW-Milwaukee Women's Head Coach Kyle Rechlicz shares her secrets on how to create the competitive fire and toughness in your players.She shares spectrum of drills she uses to create competitive envoirnment in practice that translates to the game type situations. Coach Rechlicz uses these drills to develop defensive and offensive fundamentals that simulate game-like pressure that develop decision making skills while making players mentally tough and creating the habit in them to hustle on every posession.

Coach Kyle Rechlicz is a Division 1 Women's basketball head coach at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was able to quickly turn around the UW-Milwaukee basketball program when she collected 77 win from 2015-2019. She developed handful of All-Conference players that later found success in professional basketball.
As a mid-major coach, she was able to beat multiple power house programs like University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University.
In 2016, Rechlicz was named Horizon League Coach of the Year while finishing 2nd in the conference playe with 12-6 conference record.
Rechlicz was also the assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin and associate head coach at the University of Dayton.
Coach Rechlicz is one of the up and coming coaches and her teams are known for overhustling their opponents.
