Cuonzo Martin, Missouri Tigers Head Coach: NextGen Coaches Inaugural Event

Coaching U and FastModel Sports were proud to host the Inaugural NextGen Coaches Event at the 2019 Final Four in Minneapolis. This event was created to help develop the next generation of elite basketball coaches by learning from some of the rising stars in the coaching profession as well as veteran coaches who shared their experiences with those in attendance.

Coach Cuonzo Martin just finished his second season as the Head Coach at Missouri. Prior to returning to his home state he enjoyed successful stops as a head coach at California, Tennessee and Missouri State. He has won over 20 games in 7 of the 10 seasons he has been a head coach while also accomplishing 8 postseason appearances including NCAA Tournament Appearances at all 3 schools he has coached.
