Easton Bazzoli - Conceptual Motion Offense

Description

Steal the offensive blueprint behind a national championship.

Easton Bazzoli led Gannon University to the 2026 NCAA Division II title with a 34-3 record, Coach of the Year honors, and the program's first men's basketball championship ever, and here he breaks down exactly how conceptual motion offense made it happen.

You'll learn why an offense built on concepts instead of called sets is nearly impossible to scout, how it turns every player into a threat regardless of position, and how it develops sharper decision-makers by letting them play through the chaos of a "jungle" of colliding cuts. Bazzoli doesn't hold back on the tradeoffs either, including the adjustment period and the discipline it takes to coach without a joystick in your hand.

This is the system behind one of the best offenses in Division II basketball. Enroll now and take it for your own team.

In just two seasons, he has compiled a 61-10 overall record (.859 winning percentage), including a PSAC championship and NCAA Sweet 16 appearance in his first year, followed by a school-record 34-3 season in 2025-26 that culminated in Gannon's first-ever NCAA Division II National Championship, a win over Lander. Before Gannon, Bazzoli spent six seasons as an assistant at Union University in Tennessee, helping the program reach five consecutive Gulf South Conference tournaments.
