Figure 8 Dribbling (Every Guard`s Dream)by Odera Okaneme
The figure 8 move helps improve your ball control by dribbling with your finger tips in a figure 8 motion. Start with your feet shoulders width apart and knees bent. Slowly dribble the ball around each leg switching hands once you get to the middle, then bring the ball back around. The better you get, the quicker you will get.
