Mike Simonson is a young, energetic coach currently coaching at Seattle Pacific University. Before becoming Head Coach at Seattle Pacific in the fall of 2018, Mike had spent the previous 2 years as SPU’s lead assistant. Prior to his time at SPU, he spent nine years at WSU, both as a student manager & full-time staff member. Having worked with three distinct coaches (Tony Bennett, Ken Bone and Ernie Kent) he has learned many skills and developed a diverse perspective of the game of basketball.
